Hi, I’m Amanda. Flower grower, homemaker, and big believer in slow mornings and making something from nothing. Around here, I share our life on a small Michigan homestead—raising blooms, baking from scratch (sometimes), and reminding folks that the simple life doesn’t have to be perfect to be good.
My husband Brandon and I started with a dream and an acre and a half. We planted what we could, built a chicken coop, and started growing what we had. Then life threw us a curveball. After a car accident turned our plans upside down, the garden became less about feeding ourselves and more about healing.
And the flowers? Well, they saved me a little.
They bloomed when everything else seemed to fall apart. That bloom turned into a roadside flower stand, and that stand turned into a small flower farm, a blog, and a lifestyle I never imagined—one that lets me share this path with others, dirt and all.
Whether you’ve got land or a windowsill, chickens or just a compost dream, there’s space for you here.
